Olcese is a traditional Italian pastificio in Callao’s Port, Lima, Perú. It is a family business of Italian immigrants that has been maintained for several generations. They had the same logo since the beginning until the Covid-19 pandemic forced them to modernize their image to start selling through digital channels and opening other stores, which led to a rebranding.
